INTRODUCING... 🚣‍♀️ OUR BRAND NEW 4-WEEK BEGIN TO ROW SERIES! 🚣‍♀️

Are you new to The Rowing Studio and/or wondering what all the hype is about? This 4-week series is designed for beginners, introducing and improving proper rowing form & technique, while also offering a taste of a full one-hour Indo Row & TRX class.

For anyone that has been away for a while or looking to just get started, Justine and Jenn are here to guide you through this 4-week beginner series!

WHAT: 4-week Begin to Row series where you will be coached through the basics, perfecting your rowing form & technique, and getting the best movement/stretching exercises to compliment your stroke
WHEN: May 29th-June 22nd
DAYS/TIMES: Saturdays at 11AM or Tuesdays at 9:30AM (please choose one!)
COST: 4 classes for $100 (no drop-ins as we want to make sure you see it all the way through!)
