The South Tampa WarHawks have officially wrapped up our Cooperstown All-Star Village run!

Out of 93 teams from across the country, the boys battled their way to a Sweet 16 appearance and a Top 16 finish. We couldn’t be more proud of how they represented South Tampa on one of youth baseball’s biggest stages.

A huge thank you to our families, sponsors, and community for the support throughout the season. Your encouragement helped make this experience possible for these players.

🦅 WARHAWKS COOPERSTOWN FINALE 🦅

Our Cooperstown journey came to an end tonight in the Sweet 16 as we fell to a very talented Let Them Play squad, 18-9.

The final score doesn’t tell the whole story. The boys battled and competed for several innings against one of the strongest teams we’ve faced all week before things got away from us late. While it’s not the ending we hoped for, we’re incredibly proud of the fight, resilience, and heart this team showed throughout the tournament and all season long.

Out of 93 teams from across the country, the South Tampa WarHawks finished as one of the Top 16 teams at Cooperstown All Star Village. That’s an accomplishment these players should be proud of and a testament to the work they’ve put in all season.

The South Tampa Warhawks are moving on after an exciting 9-8 victory over the Mid Michigan Lumbermen at Cooperstown All-Star Village!

This one was a battle from start to finish. The lead changed hands multiple times as both teams traded punches all game long, but the Warhawks answered every challenge and found a way to come out on top when it mattered most.

People see the scores, the home runs, and the wins.

What they don’t always see are the early mornings, long drives, airport delays, late-night games, endless loads of laundry, fundraising events, and the sacrifices made by every family to give these boys an opportunity to chase something special.

This week has been about more than baseball. It’s been about creating memories that will last a lifetime.

At 12:33 AM, after another hard-fought win, this group came together for a photo that represents what the Warhawks are really about—players, parents, siblings, coaches, grandparents, and friends all sharing the same journey.

No matter what happens from here, these are the moments the boys will remember.

🦅 WARHAWKS COOPERSTOWN UPDATE 🦅

Pool play is officially complete, and the boys finished with an outstanding 5-1 record, closing it out with a gritty 6-5 win over a very talented JSM Elite White squad.

After a long day at the ballpark, the final out wasn’t recorded until after midnight, but the Warhawks showed the toughness and resilience that has defined this week. When the game got tight, they answered the bell.

Our 5-1 pool play performance earned us the #20 seed heading into bracket play.

⚾️🦅 COOPERSTOWN UPDATE – DAY 3 🦅⚾️

The bats came out HOT this morning as the Warhawks jumped out early, then had to dig deep when things got tight. After building a lead, the momentum shifted and the boys found themselves in a dogfight. Instead of folding, they battled back, answered the bell, and walked it off in dramatic fashion for a huge 15-14 victory over Prospect Gold!

This team continues to show resilience, toughness, and the ability to respond when adversity hits.

🦅 SOUTH TAMPA WARHAWKS – COOPERSTOWN DAY 2 UPDATE 🦅

The Warhawks bounced back in a big way on Sunday, picking up two convincing wins and improving to 3-1 in pool play.

✅ Warhawks 16 – Cincy Squadron 6
✅ Warhawks 13 – Vegas Elite 1

After a tough game against EBC, the boys responded exactly how competitors should—staying together, staying focused, and getting back to work. The offense came alive with 29 runs scored across the two games while the defense and pitching continued to do their part.
