According to Gay Hendricks, author of The Big Leap, worry is often the #1 "upper limit symptom", a subconscious mechanism we use to hold ourselves back from true happiness or success.
Next time you catch yourself spiraling, ask: "Is this something I actually have control over?" If 90% of what we worry about is out of our hands, it might be time to release the thought and take that next big leap.
