What to expect….
Progression on basic functional movements while having fun. Spicy and sweaty full body workout, nothing too complicated. Expect to go up -down -crawl -walk -squat -step -run—push - pull -carry -throw -jump and dance. All movements can be scaled to one’s fitness level. Workout session is about 1hr - 1 1/2 hrs.

Its Winter Chilly weather again. Please go through your closet and clean up that coat you haven't seen or worn in years.
