We are killing off the rim brake Buena Vista frame, which we launched way back in 2009! Sad fact is we are pretty much out of them right now. We are continuing with the disc brake version.
👉👉👉BUT the bigger news is we will have new, very different mixte design in 5 or 6 months. We will release more info when we are ready.

Tandems look like they would be slow and poky especially with upright bars, but you can haul ass, since you have double the horsepower, but not quite double the bike weight or aero penalty. Not saying it will be welcome in your local fast group ride, but you can have just as much fun.

The It Takes is our micro production tandem frame set that borrow geometry and other design cues from Rivendell’s retired Hubbahubbah.

どんなか借りてんねんていうくらい貸し出しして頂いているChunkフレーム。

パーツなどを変えて前回の試乗車とはまた違う雰囲気に。
ハンドルはSOMAのポートマンバー。
この手のハンドルで700mm超えはやっぱでかいな〜と思っている方にはおすすめのポートマンバー。
幅は650mm。(これでも結構でかいんですけどね)

今回はハンドルクランプ径が31.8mmという事で、アヘッドコンバーターを使用して試しにアヘッドステムで組んでみました。

少しだけ頭でっかちな感じになりますが、こうすればスレッドステムを買う必要もなく、ステム、ハンドルともに選択肢も大幅にアップ。
31.8mmのクロモリステムなら相性いいでしょう。

こちらの試乗用ChunkフレームはMサイズ。
Sサイズはすでにメーカー様でも完売。
Mサイズもメタリックブラウンかロウカラーか忘れましたが在庫僅かだそうです。

次回生産はいつなのか、あるのかも分かりません。
見た目に反してグイグイスイスイ進んでくれるChunk。
