After 25 years in global business consulting, I found myself in Mexico with a fresh lens on life and business. The ocean is my playground, but growth is still my craft.

BIG NEWS!!!! I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve partnered with Pacifico Property as their new Director of Client Relations! This is a full circle moment for me – one of my goals at Platinum Coaching has always been to find the perfect real estate team here in Nayarit that I could partner with to share my knowledge and amazing team to help scale to new heights.

In this new role, our team will drive top-of-the-funnel efforts—social media, digital marketing, and inside sales—to grow brand presence and revenue. Equally as important, I will be coaching and mentoring their team of agents in Bahía de Banderas, a market that holds a very special place in my heart.

I’m beyond grateful to Jason and Lucas for this partnership and for the chance to align with a team that truly reflects the culture I value for my own brand. You can find me most days here on El Anclote in Punta de Mita -- right back here where my love for this area first began in 2021.

It feels amazing to be on this journey, supporting a team I love, and I can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish together.

Meet Kade Jensen – Digital Marketing Intern⁠

Kade joins our team from from Sayulita were he is currently residing as a digital nomad. Originally from Portland, OR, Kade has a strong background in property management, photography, and real estate development -- bringing both industry knowledge and a creative eye to our small but mighty team. ⁠

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, Kade is already contributing to the Jardín Iguana account in Sayulita where he is supporting web design, customer journey mapping, and email campaigns. On just his first week on the team, he has proven to be a pretty quick learner with our customer's data and their Hubspot platform!

Outside of work, Kade is passionate about sports, photography, and exploring the outdoors—always finding inspiration in nature and capturing it through his lens. We are so lucky to have him with us as our summer intern.⁠

What’s your superpower?

We all have that one gift that, when used well, can amplify our impact.
Mine? I’m the ultimate connector.

Early in my career, I realized my edge wasn’t just what I knew—it was WHO I knew. My rolodex (now digital, of course) has become pure gold.

From consulting in boardrooms to chatting at a nail counter, I’ve always found joy in building relationships—and more importantly, in helping others succeed. One of my bosses once told me, “You’ll never have to worry about making quota—you’re connected to everyone.” At the time, I thought that was normal. Turns out, it’s my superpower.

Need a lawyer in Atlanta? I’ve got you.
A plumber in Pacifica? Yep.
An investor for your start-up? Hold on, I’ll connect you.
Realtors? 100s (possibly 1000s)
Even a contact at Meta Support (yes, they exist).
Now in Mexico, my international network just keeps expanding.

After 30+ years in sales and marketing, life coaching, and now grief work, my network isn’t just crucial for my life—it’s how I help the world spin a little smoother, and.. a little bit brighter.

Jojo and I are all smiles every time we visit our favorite little spot, Café Nakawe in Higuera Blanca! On our very first visit, they had surf films playing with Mavericks @ Half Moon Bay on the screen, and it instantly felt like home. 🏄🏻‍♀️

They always cook her up a doggie plate of delicious tocino, and if we drive by and don’t stop, I get side-eyed from my tiny backseat passenger.

We just love this wonderful community café! 🐾💕

Sometimes I have to pause and remind myself how blessed I am—not just to live this life, but to lead in it.

Coaching women isn’t just my calling… it’s become my brand, my business, and my way of surrounding myself with powerful souls who are rewriting their stories in real time. Whether they’re navigating grief, relationships, entrepreneurship, situationships, hardships (and all the other ships)—I’m continually inspired by women who refuse to settle, who want more, and who keep showing up for themselves.

And the best part? This energy flows both ways.✨ Every conversation, every breakthrough, every sisterhood moment pours right back into me. It lifts me, grows me, and reminds me why I do this work. ✨

I’m still buzzing from last week’s workshop with the incredible women of Run Away Realty in Puerto Morelos, and so grateful for the new friendships unfolding here in Nayarit.

This work is sacred. This community we are building? Unstoppable. 💪✨
