✨12 Week Transformation ✨
I’ve committed to a hypertrophy bodybuilding program with my coach during quarantine. Left photo I was 145 lbs in August. Right photo I bulked up to 156 lbs in November. I had a consistent meal plan and I tracked most of my meals and trained hard for reps 4-5 days a week. I busted my 🍑 and hit some amazing achievements and PRs 🙌 for reps. My main lifts of squat bench and deadlift have increased via reps and I’m excited to hit some more gains with this strength block! 🙌
