Today is a special day, it's our 8 Year Wedding Anniversary!! For the last 3 years we have stayed at a hotel for the night but because of you know what 🦠 🤪 we aren’t able to do that, so we will be staying at home.

This last 2 years has brought us closer than ever, we live and work together literally 24/7, not to mention our house is a 32’ travel trailer so the fact that we haven’t divorced yet is a miracle, 😂 I hear people complaining about being “stuck” at home with their kids and husbands, I have liked being “stuck” at home with my hubby, don’t get me wrong we both do annoying things 🤦🏼‍♀️, and we miss other human conversations but we are learning to communicate better and we still have “some” alone time.

He supports me in anything I decide to do or try, he believes in me, he talks good about me to others, he’s appreciative of what I do for us, he’s a great best friend!!

Doug Stone’s song “Little Houses” said it best:
"But you know, love grows best in little houses
With fewer walls to separate
Where you eat and sleep so close together
You can't help but communicate
Oh, and if we had more room between us, think of all we'd miss
Love grows best, in houses just like this"

The most exciting thing we have done so far this year is when we went to Seattle, Washington for my hubby’s presentation in February and basically from the moment we got back we have been quarantined lets hope this all ends soon so we can have some more adventure in our lives we are starting to act like an old married couple hahaha

We know everyone is tired of hearing about Covid-19 but unfortunately it's here and on our minds. Here is what is happening with us here at RK Marine:

WE ARE STILL OPEN AND WORKING AS OF RIGHT NOW MARCH 23, 2020

However we are making some changes to how we conduct business.

Some of you know but others do not, Chris was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in August of 2018 this is an autoimmune disease and he is on an 8 week medication regimen to keep it under somewhat of control, with this medication it kills his immune system leaving him vulnerable to catching all kinds of sicknesses which could cause him major complications or even death, he also has asthma which affects his lungs worse than the average person when he gets a sickness of any kind. This leads us to today he has had a cold since Sunday 3/15/2020 which we are taking very serious and made him stay home since that day, so that he doesn’t catch anything else or spread the cold that he has to anyone else, unfortunately this business is our livelihood and only source of income so he is back to work today, when you our customers arrive at our business he will be wearing a mask to protect you and him, we won’t be shaking hands, we are washing our hands often and cleaning surfaces often also.

Going forward we ask that you our customers:

PLEASE BE COURTEOUS BY NOT COMING TO OUR BUSINESS IF YOU ARE SICK OR HAVE BEEN AROUND OTHERS THAT ARE SICK!

In an effort to protect you and us at this time you can call, text, email us with what you want done. 801-262-5748 or [email protected]

If you want further protection you can pull into the lot and call us letting us know you are here and just drop and run.

We already have our invoicing system setup to accept payment online, you will just need to provide an email address (we ask that you text us the email so there are no confusions on handwriting).

If anything should change we will keep you all posted on our social media platforms.

Love when our customers submit them using our products. Our Strap Wraps even work on the pull strap style, making tying down so much quicker and cleaner. Just pull, gather tail end, stuff and zip. Easy peasy!!!

Where’s our snowmobile lovers?? You need . They go over any strap you already own no need to buy new, they are made of durable highly water resistant materials, keeps the ratchet from freezing, rusting, also keeps all the excess in the bag so you don’t have a frozen knot or mess to untangle, stores neatly inside itself when not in use keeping your tool box organized as well. Great stocking stuffers for Christmas.
