I absolutely loved my 12:00 one-on-one coaching call today.
I was working with a catering company, and the first thing she said was, "I didn't have time to do my homework."
Instead of shaming her for not getting it done, I thanked her for being honest so we could solve the real problem.
I asked, "When on your calendar this week can you make time to do it?"
She replied, "Wednesday."
I said, "Perfect. Block off 30 minutes on your calendar right now. That time is non-negotiable. If something comes up and you can't get it done on Wednesday, who can you delegate it to?"
Why does this matter?
Because success doesn't come from good intentions—it comes from creating a plan and following through. We added the task to her calendar, creating dedicated time to make it happen. Then we created a Plan B through delegation.
Right now, we're building her lead and pending processes. If the verbiage doesn't get added to the system, we can't implement the process. The only person being held back is herself.
One of the biggest bottlenecks in business is not a lack of talent—it's a lack of systems, accountability, and ex*****on.
That's where we come in.
At Unstoppable Professionals, we help business owners identify bottlenecks, create systems, and implement solutions that move their business forward.
If you're tired of feeling stuck, let's build a roadmap together.
Unstoppably,
