This past Sunday, I was asked to share the word of GOD at my Church in Keyport. While I do transition for service, I don't get many opportunities to preach a sermon.

Family vacation with great friends in BEAUTIFUL Puerto Rico. There are no filters used in these PICTURES.

Hiking in the rain forest to waterfalls and swimming in them, hanging on beautiful beaches, eating the catch of the day, even eating coconut on the beach once we got it open, that is.

Stayed active with swimming and hiking and eating as much fresh food as possible even though we were on vacation. Did I indulge some guilty foods? Yes. I would be lying if I said I didn't. But kept it as much healthy whole foods as possible.

Stuck to the dolce diet principals, which helped me not totally blow my weight cut I did for BJJ tournament prior to leaving .

Now, time to tighten the belt and dial back in with the dolce diet.

Happy Anniversary to my wife . ( 17 years)

We have been through a ton. From new life beginning to life's ending to new chapters in our life together.

We have not only made it through but conquered everything life threw at us.

Here is to another 20+ years conquering life. Couldn't imagine doing it without you and I don't want to.

Yesterday I received 3 stripes on my white belt for Jui Jitsu.

What a feeling it was and is. This post is not to boast, but share my love and appreciation for my coaches and teammates. has been amazing since my first trial class, whether I received a promotion or not.

The coaches and school bring the true meaning of martial arts. What an honor to have sensai place the tape on the belt as well.

I can't thank the coaches enough,


And all the teammates who train. There are so many to list.

Thank you to for choosing to work with me. It was a great journey and hopefully more to come in the future. Most would agree muscles and abs are great. But , truth be told, the best thing about being a coach is to really see someone change their life. Glad to be part of this.

Big win for my Beautiful Wife.

20lbs down in 7 weeks following 3w2shredded.

It has been many years with unhealthy food relationships and this has always been a struggle for both of us to say the least.

But, she was able to change how she viewed food.

Following the plan and healthy principals.

Which lead to feeling great and energetic.

Also a sense of self pride knowing that she can do it.

As for exercise, all we did was walk. Low impact steady state cardio. .

So proud of you.
