This is a reminder for everyone that today, Friday, and next week MWF between 1 and 4 PM that you can find other lacrosse players @ the gym wall throwing. People have extra sticks if you need one!

CALLING ALL LACROSSE PLAYERS. This week and next: Monday Wednesday Friday 1-4 PM we will be having WALL BALL at the gym wall. This is a general timeframe, come play whenever you can! Keep your stick and some warm clothing in your car because the weather is only getting colder. Message me or call me with any questions, my cell is always on. (207) 333-1351.

This Thursday is our next formal session at Wainwright Athletic Complex. I plan on getting there about 2:30 so I can throw and shoot around for about an hour before I have a mandatory study hall from 3:30 to 5:30. I'll be shooting for an hour after study hall as well, and will leave the fields by 6:45 at the latest.
I'd like everyone who has expressed interest to RSVP whether or not they will be able to make it- Girls and Boys! A comment on this post is acceptable or text Seth Hanson @ 207-450-2965, who will be there Thursday in its entirety.
I'm also totally game to schedule some on campus throw-arounds and wall ball next to the gym. COMMENT or POST if you'd like to see and help this happen, because I'd like to throw before Thursday! I look forward to hearing from everyone

For everyone planning on coming to Wainwright Farms tomorrow from 3-5, the weather is supposed to be better than it is today, so hopefully the field conditions won't be too bad. Also, pads are not required for tomorrow, as we are just introducing one another, passing around, and doing some small drills. However if you gloves, it is always helpful to wear them as often as possible while you're playing. I look forward to seeing familiar faces there, as well as meeting new members. Also, carpooling is always a great idea. If you cannot find a ride, you can contact either Bronson or myself.

Hey everyone, I'd like to provide an explanation for the change in group name. Unless we are a direct representative club of SMCC we are not able to use the school name, acronym, or logo to identify ourselves. As a result, we are now SMLC or Southern Maine Lacrosse Club.

New lacrosse fliers will be going up around campus addressing these mistakes. There will also be clarification about the fact that this club is indeed COED. So, keep sending me messages with your interest to 207-333-1351 or my Messenger.

Our next throw around and shoot around is scheduled for Thursday afternoon from 3-5 PM. *All you need is a lacrosse stick to participate!* Our VP Seth Hanson will be there for the beginning of the session and I'll help to wrap it up at the end.

Thanks everyone for your support, this club has been taking off and it's awesome to watch it grow.

This Sunday the 27th will be our first interest meeting and throw around. I'm planning on being at Bug Light Park between 2 PM to 6 PM. We will be warming up and handing out information for the first two hours or so. We'll begin some small sided games by 4 o'clock. If everyone can bring their personal gear, extra gear, and lacrosse balls that would be awesome so I can start taking inventory. I'll be sending out texts to everyone whose number I have, this is an OPEN INVITATION interest meeting so bring anyone interested in lacrosse.
