Spending money on new clubs might make you feel like you are going to make improvements, but year over year, technology cannot advance that much that it will outperform the gains you can make to your body.

Listen in as shares why this is the case.

Every golfer I have ever spoken to who says they do not have time to train plays at least one round a week.

A round of golf is 4 hours. My program requires on average 3 hours a week. That is less time than one round.

You do not need to live in the gym. You do not need to overhaul your entire life. You need to block the time, treat it like a tee time, and show up consistently. That is it.

The golfers who get results are not the most talented. They are the most consistent.

If you want a plan that actually fits around your life, DM me BOMBER and I will send you the details.

More flexibility isn’t always the answer.

For a lot of golfers, chasing more range is actually making things worse because they’re over-mobilising joints that should be stable.

DM me or comment “SELFASSESS” below and I’ll send you over 4 simple tests you can do to establish what you need to focus on.

Golf specific exercises should not make up the entirety of your program. Hear what says you need to put your focus into!

The #1 gym lift I’d never let a golfer skip 👇

Force plate research on elite players shows the best in the world push 170% of their bodyweight into the ground through their lead foot at impact. Long drive guys? 250–300%. That’s not a “nice to have” that’s the engine behind every yard of carry.

Here’s why the trap bar deadlift builds that engine better than almost anything else:

It trains vertical thrust the same triple extension pattern you fire in transition and through impact.
It loads the full posterior chain glutes, hammies, quads the exact muscles that drive ground reaction force in the swing.
It’s significantly safer on the lumbar spine than a conventional deadlift because the load sits in line with your body, not in front of it.

Strength is the base. Without it, your med ball throws, your Olympic lifts, and your speed training have nothing to express.

If you struggle with tight hips these 2 exercises would be a great addition to your routine. 3 sets of 5 reps each side is a good start point.

I have spoken to hundreds of golfers in their 40s and 50s who have just accepted that back pain, lost distance, and stiff mornings are part of the deal now.

They are not.

Your body is not broken. It is undertrained. There is a massive difference. The guys I work with are not genetic freaks. They are just guys who stopped accepting decline as inevitable and started doing something about it.

With a TPI assessment and 15 minutes of targeted work a day, you can feel better at 55 than you did at 45. I have seen it happen over and over.

Age is not your problem. A lack of maintenance is.

DM me BOMBER and I will send you the details.
