💥 HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

Over 8 weeks, participants earn points based on performance, effort, and body composition changes!

🏆 POINT SYSTEM (30 POINTS TOTAL):
• 10 pts – % of Weight Loss
• 7 pts – Consistency (attendance + check-ins)
• 5 pts – Body Fat % Loss
• 5 pts – MEPS (Myzone Effort Points)
• 3 pts – Muscle Gain

📋 RULES (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

🚫No weight loss medications‼️
✔️ Minimum of 2 classes per week
✔️ All 4 weigh-ins are mandatory
✔️ PT sessions do NOT roll over

Being public and sharing everything really doesn’t come natural to me but I understand the life I chose so I have to do what I have to do lol

I just don’t know if I can get out the car to set up the camera, press record to than get back in the car, and act like I didn’t just do that 🤦🏽‍♂️ life is hard lol

“Boss: is a person who is in charge of a group, organization, or workplace. They direct others, make decisions, and are responsible for the success, performance, and well-being of their team.”

Being a Boss isn’t the most easy thing for me, especially when it comes to the “directing others” part. I’m either too nice and passive or too mean and direct. Finding that sweet spot in the middle has been difficult for me.

Being a Leader always came natural but I’ve always been a Lead by Example person, I lead by doing the work not telling other people to do the work. But now it’s so much work to do it’s impossible to do it all myself.

I appreciate my team so much and want to be the leader they need me to be but I know that means they won’t always like what I have to say or how I say it. I have to get comfortable with the uncomfortable conversations.

It’s a marathon not a sprint 🏁

Being a FULL TIME entrepreneur is not for the weak. I’m going to start telling ya’ll the real. I know from the outside looking in s**t looks sweet. I make this s**t look good but you have to be a DOG to do this. With every Win it’s followed by 2 L’s so you have to be resilient. You have to be willing to take those L’s and turned them into wins.

Learn from your mistakes and keep moving forward. That’s the only way to succeed in Life not just Entrepreneurship. Saying “f**k it” is the easy thing to do but it’s also the weakest most selfish thing you could do, especially if you have people depending on you to succeed, people routing for you, praying for you to succeed.

You have to keep going, you have to keep working, you have to keep pushing, you have to keep praying because you are here for a reason, God put you here for a reason. Stay disciplined, pivot if you need to but Never Quit.
