Imperial Acres is an equestrian farm nestled on the beautiful
Cumberland Plateau of East Tn. We are 1,700’ above sea level so it is cooler than the valleys. We offer full board only. We have 12x12' stalls, 100x200' lighted arena, tack room, wash stall with good pressure and hot water, bathroom, grooming areas, lots of trails, and owners live on premises. We are located 20 miles from the University of The South. We take pride in the wellbeing of our guests (horses and you).

IMPERIAL ACRES has 2 available full board openings. I have a 100x200’ lighted arena, jumps, trails, 12x12’ stalls with rubber mats, great water pressure for bathing your horse, bathroom, tackroom, room for your trailer, owner lives on premises, 11/2” electric webbing for fences with large pastures. The farm is 535 acres nestled on top of South Pittsburg Mountain in East Tennessee. It is 1,700’ up so it is cooler year round and we usually have a breeze.
