Spring has been very hectic and I'm so ready to get back to a normal routine. The great thing about summer is we have more hours of daylight, which makes me feel like I have more time to get things done. 😁Sooo, I am starting a Summer Shape Up program 💪I need to get back to consistent workouts and thought you may need that too. 8 weeks of workouts that you can do from the gym, or from home, or even while you travel this summer.
