The 2022 Bowl-A-Thon is now in the books. It was absolutely the best one we had. Care givers and parents even got involved with doing the chicken dance and YMCA and the place was just rocking.
Carey Kleinmetz has tons of photos to share when she has the chance to post them.
A big Congratulations to the First Place Team of Isiah, Carey, Tina and Sergio for rolling a score of 3429. Second place went to Jimmy, Owen, Ian and Chris with a score of 3255. Chris rolled a perfect 900 set. WOW!! Both these teams bowled for the Ten Pin Lanes Leagues who donated so much towards the success of this event. Thank you so much.
A big thank you to the sponsors and all who donated baskets. We made record revenue from the baskets. I have the sponsor banners here and that was all I was able to capture as I got a bit busy working with Patsy Martin, my #1 side kick.
Thank you Ten Pin Lanes and staff for all the efforts you put into this successful event. You truly are "The little center with the big heart."
My brother Abe shocked everyone with a 290 game. Got to brag on the little guy.
We did a 50/50 drawing for Sharon Lulu Orndorf's Walk for Alzheimer's for her Mom and Abe and the winner refused to accept the reward. So Sharon, I shall be sending you $400 towards the walk.
Last year, Carey Kleinmetz drew her own winning ticket in the basket auction and this year, she drew her son's winning ticket. She's got the lucky touch for sure.

The winners of the 2021 K of C Mini Bowl-A-Thon. Because we are till cautious about the Covid Virus, we only used 10 lanes. But on May 15,2022, we will fill Ten Pin Lanes to the brim with special needs bowlers to raise funds for Special Olympics.
The winners o the 2021 Event with a hopping score of 3182 for 4 bowlers are Carey, Ian, Chris and Jimmy. Congratulations!
