Very interesting morning with Deanna and son Jack from Dripping Springs. Jack loves to fish. Our first strike Was Jack's first ever King, second strike was his first Barracuda, at 4ft, 3rd hit was his first sailfish. Yes, this is a juvenile, but quite rare. Of the 500 or so sailfish that I have participated in, this is only the 2nd juvenile I have caught in 47 years of offshore fishing.

The last 4 trips this past week, we averaged half our limit of Red Snapper. Which is way better than it was since the FREEZE. Some very nice snapper and 4 sharks on Thursday. This 16 with the young men from Ohio on Saturday. And yes, everything is from the New, RGV REEF. YAHOO
