A Mother’s Day note

Our studio community knows how important mothers are to our community and our families. I am incredibly grateful for all the things my mother did for me, and I see how lucky so many members (not just the children students) of the studio community are with the mothers that they have. I see so much love and support in our waiting room, and I hear about it all the time in the stories that students share. Thank you to all the moms out there!!

As a thank you to all the moms, we are offering this special Mother's Day promotion of a trial month and uniform for $1.

Tae Kwon Do is a great way to get in shape, interact with other adults, release stress, strengthen one’s body, and have fun. No experience necessary. This is for new students only.

As part of the South Orange Downtown Wellness Challenge for the month of May, we will be offering a free self-defense class tomorrow, Sunday, May 3, 2-3:30 PM at our studio. All are welcome.

Here is the link to sign up for Achieve Foundation self-defense seminar we are hosting at the studio on Sunday, March 22, 5-6:30 pm.

Nights of 100 Dinners returns with community-hosted gatherings throughout March benefiting the Achieve Foundation. Hosts plan events of any kind and invite guests to donate in support of our local public school students and educators.
