The m*ergy Experience, LLC An approach to fitness that works you from the inside out, Indoor Cycling, Functional Training, Team Building events, and we focus also on racing events.

My approach to fitness will push you to step outside your "norm"- that's where we together can strengthen your mind and body. We all struggle and we've all been knocked down. I myself know the struggles of weight and life as I had a rough upbringing and at one point in my life weighed over 200 pounds. When I stop and look at my life today, sometimes I'm amazed but most days I'm proud because I wo

rked hard and continue to work hard and dream big. I want to share that hard work and dream with all of you.

My favorite City officials to work with hands down. I appreciate this team big time!! See some of you this Sunday for our inaugural South Miami Hospital Sunset 5K. Family oriented 5K, we will have fun youth fair games, a crafted section and bounce house for the kids. Local restaurant food samples, great music, fast 5K races course, ON Running, currex, Feetures and Nathan Hydration. Best part is the Kiddie Dash which all the kids will receive a shirt and medal.
