You probably been told in order to have a great body you need to get a tasteful protein shake, have breakfast,and eat every three hours, and hit the gym every day, that is the lifestyle you are gonna start living for the rest of your life...sounds due-able right?

But the reality is different...you have family, kids and a busy schedule, and even if you had all the time in the world it is probably not the life of you dreams.

You want to hangout with your friends and enjoy your weekends but you don’t, you want to go to a party but you can’t so rather you stay home feeling miserable and frustrated simply because they say if you do so you will diminish all your effort at the gym and you will gain all that weight back.

Unfortunately you have mislead by your local gym instructor telling you hey “ that’s gym life “, by fitness models on social media trying to sell you anything they can promote, by supplement companies and the fitness industry telling you everyday that the only way to achieve great results is by buying their products

But... what if I tell you that almost anything you heard about fitness is wrong and building muscle and losing fat is simpler than you think and it has nothing to do with what they have been telling you
