They are the first robotics team from South Lyon to ever compete in an international championship. We are so proud of you all for your accomplishment!!

The Bartlett Robo Bears Red Team qualified for a competition in Canada in June. We are trying to raise money to pay for our entry fee ($2500), materials (up to $250) and a team dinner (up to $250). All proceeds and donations will go directly to the entry fee for the Robo Bears competition.

Congratulations to the Bartlett Robo Bears Red Team who recently competed at the Michigan State Championship. They won the 2nd Place Core Values Award and got a bid to attend an invitational later this spring in either Mass, Calif, Georgia, Mexico or Canada. The students had a fun day filled with knowledge-sharing, learning, and a great show of gracious professionalism!

Both Bartlett Robo Bear teams competed today and the Blue team won First place Robot Design Award!
Red Team won First Place Championship award and will be competing at the State FLL Competition in Mason on Dec 21st.

Congratulations to Chloe, our high school mentor for the last 4 years! Chloe was nominated by the kids on the team for the Outstanding Mentor award and WON at today's competition! Please comment below if your child was lucky enough to work with Chloe!
Fun fact, Chloe was on the Robo Bears team the year it was formed!

Good luck to the Bartlett Robo Bears Red and Blue teams as we head to our qualifying competition in Holt, MI this Sunday, Nov 9th! The teams have worked so hard to complete their projects, presentations and robot game! No matter the outcome of the competition - the kids have learned great skills this season, and learned a lot about archaeologists!

The Robo Bears participated in the Pumpkinfest Parade today with all of the robotics teams in South Lyon Schools. It was a huge group of STEM loving kids and adults!! If you got a wave, it was probably from Conor. He said, “I feel like a rock star!” 👋
