Memorial Day this coming Monday! The last few weeks we’ve been putting in the work with Murph prep in the programming! Challenge yourself and honor the fallen in this annual tribute WOD “Murph”!
For Time:
1 mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile Run
If you have your own weight vest (20/14lbs.), please bring! *Not mandatory to wear a vest, or to do full Murph. Please scale accordingly.*
We’ll have alternative options and ways to scale for all levels to participate! Heat times this year are 8:00 AM, 9:15 AM and 10:30 AM and are posted for folks to RSVP to online!

After completing form, please RSVP to the time you’d prefer and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please be sure to pay your drop in fee before or after your heat!
