THA Alumni Testimonial 🏒

My 2 years attending THA was the best chapter of my life. I met amazing people, coaches, and learned so much about the landscape of hockey so quickly. There’s no place that develops like THA.

On the ice I grew so much. I’m a totally different player than I was when I walked in here. Things that once were so advanced are now second nature, and with all the ice time we get, I’ve developed good habits and skills that can boost me farther in my career. I met so many amazing kids and coaches here as well. I’ve met huge role models, Ive learned tons from coaches, but most importantly I met a group of brothers that go head first into every battle with me and we all push each other to be better everyday.

I would recommend THA for players that are ready for the next step. Players that are ready to be a student of the game. Players that are willing to do anything to develop as best as they can. Someone who wants to move on and play pro hockey. When you get to THA you have everything you need, good coaching who will move you on the next level, ice everyday, and gym sessions. You have it all and if you’re ready to work hard and put your development in your hands, THA is the right place for you.

THA Alumni Testimonial 🏒

Tahoe was such an amazing experience throughout the entire year. Not only was I able to grow as a person but also on the ice. The amount of time I was on the ice and in the gym was something I had never experienced!

With the amount of ice time we were given, I was able to grow my knowledge of the game and my skills. Whether it was my skating, shooting, or stick handling, all of my skills were able to get developed in a way I never thought would be possible. In the classroom it was super eye opening. My grades got a whole lot better because of how much the teachers really care about your academics. And over the course of the season, my confidence grew a tremendous amount as well as my leadership skills. Having the A on my jersey really had me fill a leadership role that helped with my character and how I saw the game of hockey.

Tahoe was an amazing and beautiful place to live in — you'll never see anything else like it. The lake is only about ten minutes from the dorms and there's plenty of outdoor activities for the weekends. The coaches and teachers are constantly looking out for your best interests and will always be there for you. Overall it's an awesome place to live and be a part of, as well as making you the best hockey player and student you can be!

THA Alumni Testimonial 🏒🟣

Playing at THA for the past two years has been nothing short of incredible. Compared to playing at home, THA offered more ice time, more competitive games, and really made me understand the landscape of hockey better.

On the ice, I became a completely different player. My skills improved drastically and my hockey IQ improved a lot. As for school, I learned how to balance an academic schedule with an intense hockey schedule. It taught me self discipline, accountability, and respect. Personally, being at THA helped me grow into a mature individual and left me with intangible life skills which I can carry on past my playing career.

I would recommend THA to any player hoping to jumpstart their hockey career. The coaches really care about your development and work extremely hard to make sure you're prepared for your next step — whether that be top AAA program, Juniors, or College hockey.
