Important Reminder & Special Invitation for Gym Love Members

Dear Gym Love Members,

We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to remind you that the gym will be closed today from 9am to 3pm for scheduled maintenance. During this time, there will be no staff available on-site. However, rest assured that our doors will reopen for our cherished members promptly at 3pm.

In the spirit of celebration, we are thrilled to invite you to Gym Love's 5th Year Anniversary Party! Join us tonight at 7pm at Noel’s Coffee & Apothecary. To show our appreciation for your continued support, all Gym Love members will receive an exclusive 25% off at the venue.

Gym Love 4- Week Progressive Workout Program that gradually increases the intensity over time:

Week 1:
1. Day 1:
- Squats: 3 sets x 10 reps
- Push-Ups: 3 sets x 10 reps
- Bent-Over Rows: 3 sets x 10 reps
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3 sets x 10 reps
- Plank: Hold for 30 seconds

2. Day 2:
- Deadlifts: 3 sets x 8 reps
- Dips (Assisted or Unassisted): 3 sets x 8 reps
- Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets x 10 reps
- Leg Press: 3 sets x 10 reps
- Russian Twists: 3 sets x 20 reps

3. Day 3:
- Bench Press: 3 sets x 8 reps
- Lunges (each leg): 3 sets x 10 reps
- Dumbbell Bicep Curls: 3 sets x 10 reps
- Tricep Pushdowns: 3 sets x 10 reps
- Side Plank (each side): Hold for 30 seconds

Week 2:
Follow the same exercises as Week 1, but increase the weight or resistance for each exercise by 5-10% to challenge yourself.

Week 3:
1. Add an extra set to each exercise, performing 4 sets x 10 reps for most exercises.
2. Increase the weight or resistance slightly more than Week 2.

Week 4:
1. Incorporate some variations to intensify the workouts, such as adding pause reps, increasing time under tension, or incorporating supersets.
2. Increase the weight or resistance again, pushing yourself to reach your limits while maintaining proper form.

Remember to warm up before each workout, cool down afterward, and give yourself a rest day between each training session to allow your muscles to recover and grow. Proper nutrition and hydration are also essential for recovery and progress. Enjoy your progressive workout program!
