Alyssa will share an educational session on strength training for women, focusing on vitality, efficient movement, and long-term health—because strength is about longevity, not just aesthetics.

5:15–6:15 PM | Climbing Game Night
Playful climbing challenges and games designed to build strength, develop technique, and spark creativity—no pressure, just fun.
6:30–7:45 PM | Get Swol Club (Special Guest: Alyssa Andres, PT Revolution)
Strength-focused training paired with education on why lifting matters for women’s health.
6:30–9:00 PM | Cleaning Anchors & Lowering - $20
If you’ve ever done outside climbing with friends and felt like you had no clue what was going on, or felt embarrassed because you didn’t know how to contribute anything...this class is for you! Learn essential rope skills for outdoor climbing, including safe anchor cleaning and proper lowering techniques (this class is HIGHLY recommended as a prerequisite for Anchor Building 101 or Rappelling).
6:30–7:45 PM | Goddess Yoga & Sharing Circle
A grounding yoga practice followed by guided reflection and conversation, centered on empowerment and connection.
8:00–9:00 PM | Sound Bath
Deep relaxation through immersive sound, helping calm the nervous system and restore the body after a full evening.
