I believe that Yoga is a deeply personal practice.
I also believe that the practice of yoga is most powerful when shared by community -
for the practice of yoga is the dissolution of the “I” and the remembering of the “We.”
So when and I started to dream up our new digital home .in_, these were the things we conspired to create:
A space for people to be seen, known, and loved deeply. Where each and every feels a sense of true belonging and the invitation to come as you are.
A community that holds each other accountable through a daily sadhana. It’s why we’ve programmed our offerings to work towards collective growth and expansion. We offer brand new classes every Monday - Friday and each week builds up to a specific focus so the work of the body, breath and mind are encouraged with precision, curiosity and play. AND... we create a bit of urgency for you to get on your mat by keeping each class up for only 10 days after they’re live (*we weren’t joking about the accountability 😅)
Two way communication. It’s why we host two ZOOM classes each week and a once a month workshop to create the opportunity for our community to be with us and each other in real time. This along with our private Facebook group serve as a space for students to ask questions, offer feedback, request specific classes and to continue our evolution and education as a collective.
Celebrations. We believe that life is worth living and worth celebrating even amidst all the uncertainty of the now. Whether you taste flight on your mat or you face plant, there is joy to be held and we’ll be cheering you on.
Impact. First, through accessibility and dismantling the boundaries of a traditional studio or online platform. And second, through supporting meaningful change off the mat. Our long term vision is to donate part of our monthly membership fees to create sustainable change where it’s needed most. We’re still working on this one behind the scenes. And now that we’ve shared that with you, you can keep us accountable to that 😊
The way forward is inward.
And while the work is ours alone, we don’t have to do it alone.
Welcome to our home .in_ ✨
