Do you know how to use these babies?
Offering a unique experience in a repair-driven bike shop. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working on bikes and the bike industry.
Responsibilities:
-Determine customer equipment needs and make product recommendations
-Strive to attain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational goals
-Service and repair customer merchandise according to established guidelines
-Build new bikes delivered from the manufacturer
-Resolve customer problems efficiently and tactfully
-Complete necessary documentation and paperwork neatly and accurately
-Comply with all area and industry procedures and regulations
-Keep knowledge and skills current
-Adhere to safety procedures regarding the use of tools and equipment
-Demonstrate proficiency in selling skills and shop operations
-Accurately complete sales using POS system according to established procedures.
-Building and finalizing new bikes quickly and efficiently.
-Logging all bike labor and repair parts through our computer systems (Lightspeed).
-Filing, completing, and following up on warranty claims.
-Some inventory management of shop parts and products
Skills / Requirements
-A varied schedule will include day, evening, and weekend shifts.
-At least 2 years of tech experience working on high-quality bikes, shocks, suspension, -and wheels
-Familiar with basic tools of the trade; mechanically inclined
-Must have exceptional customer service skills
-Organized, clean, and able to work in a shared workspace
-Working knowledge of products
-Mastery of basic to complex bicycle repairs for mountain, road, and e-bikes.
-Proven ability to clearly communicate and consult with customers on service and repair-related issues.
-Computer savvy and detail-oriented.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
