My Zumba Fitness Classes are exercise in disguise. I discovered Zumba Fitness right after I had my first baby. That took care of all the baby weight I had gained! It is so easy to make exercise a priority in your life when you know it is going to be FUN. I welcome anyone over 12 years of age to my classes, male or female, dancer or not. Egos are left at the door and it's time to party! Zumba Fitne

This is how I look usually when I’m headed to/from the gym! I wanted a picture to remember these crazy times. Because although right now it’s the worst 😅, someday I’ll miss carrying these little bums.

ALSO! OFFICIALLY DOWN 60 lbs!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉
Scale victories have been quite elusive in the last year, so this is a big deal to me.

Make sure you use GOOGLE maps, Apple Maps will not get you anywhere close! The stairs down to the studio are to the West of the home you can't miss it! The address is 459 W. Mountain View Rd, Lehi, UT 84043
