These muffins are fabulous! Substitute all wheat flour for the all purpose flour, 1/2 brown sugar instead of the 3/4 cup sugar, 2 egg whites instead of 1 egg and 1 Tbsp applesauce instead of the oil. Leave out the nuts to help decrease the calories and fat. These are full of lots of good fiber and nutrients! Enjoy!

Whole wheat flour, oats and wheat germ lend a hearty texture to these delicious muffins. An awesome healthy alternative to the usual blueberry muffin.

Youth Sports Camps start next week!
The first camp will be held July 27-29, 2011.
There is a soccer, basketball and football camp.
Open to kids in kindergarten through sixth grade.
