Home School Fitness Fluid Motion Fitness in an in home mobile Personal Training business. I am offering Personal and Group Training and classes.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. As the former owner of a small fitness facility I have migrated my business to be a more mobile and adaptable service. I offer people Personal Training as well as Group Training in the privacy of their homes as well as at Remedies Whole Health Pharmacy upstairs in the fitness studio. Schedule is: Remedies Whole Health Pharmacy Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:30 am -9:45 am, Friday's 9:30 - 10:45 at:$10/ session

Great way to increase hamstring strength. Gliders, sliders, whatever you want to call them, are cheap, around $14 or so, and can usually be found at Walmart or Target and of course online.

Walking and cardio are great, but it’s not enough. Resistance is necessary to increase muscle strength, bone density, and developing balance.

As people age, they often focus on cardio. They shouldn’t forget strength training.
