Last Week of Summer Season
Good morning, RAC families! It's hard to believe, but we are heading into the last week of the summer season. If you have not already, please make sure to enter your commitment for the Champ Meet on August 1. This will be a 2-session meet at Harper Creek High School with swimmers age 10 and under swimming in the morning and swimmers age 11 and older swimming in the afternoon. Final scheduling information from Harper Creek will be coming soon.

RAC Families,

Tomorrow, 7/14/26, is our only home meet for the summer. Please note that the meet start time is 5:00 pm, which means 4:00 warmups, and 3:45 arrival. There will be no morning practice.

Also, while the volunteer jobs are not available for online signup, we still need volunteers for the meet. We will need 2 people to help with ribbons and 12 timers, so when you arrive for the meet, please let us know that you are willing to help! Also, there will be no concessions, so please plan accordingly.

ARRIVAL TIME- 5:15
WARM UPS- Begin at 5:30
MEET STARTS- 6:15

Location: St Joseph High School Pool

Address: 2521 Stadium Dr Saint Joseph, MI 49085

Directions: Park in the student parking lot. Enter the front of building entrance 44. Walk around the Gymnasium to the pool hallway, a sign is on the ceiling.

REMINDER-
June 29-July 3 is MHSAA dead week, there is No RAC practice.

RAC Families-
As a reminder, next week (June 29-July 3) is MHSAA dead week, so there is no RAC practice. Make sure your swimmers get some cross training so they don't lose all of their gains from the first 2 weeks of practice! We come back from the break to a meet on July 9, so please register if you haven't already.

Happy 4th of July, and we'll see you all on the 6th!

RAC families, tomorrow (6/25) is our first meet of the summer at Harper Creek High School. There will be no practice in the morning. Swimmers who are participating in the meet should arrive at 4:45 pm and be ready to be in the pool for warmups at 5:00. The meet begins at 6:00. Swimmers should bring a towel or two and a sweatshirt/sweatpants if they usually get cold on deck. Swimmers are expected to remain on deck during the meet, and may not be in the locker rooms or in the stands. Snacks should be kept to a minimum, and trash cannot be left on deck.
