Just returned from our first race of the summer. 40+ teams made their way to Gingerman Raceway in Michigan. Saturday race was 14 hours and we were plagued with problems...fuel leaking, brake failure (that could have been bad but thankfully nobody got hurt), and then finally transmission/drive train mess that took us out. We made it 9-10 hours before pulling the car out to get it fixed for Sunday. Sunday race went much smoother and we took 3rd place. When it was running the car felt great and all in all an exhausting, but great time.
