We are participating in the 24 Hours of Lemons race series of which the goal is to see how many laps you can finish in 17 hours of racing over 2 days. In between day one and two there is a high chance of relaxation beverages being consumed while camping at the track.

Fired up the new engine we swapped in this am and discovered we forget to install the rear main seal. Oops. Good thing, though. When we pulled the transmission to correct, found a big crack in the clutch plate, which would have failed catastrophically out on the track. .

Here at Tiki Time Racing, we are always researching ways to go faster. We recently learned that the dainty shift will indeed reduce shift times by .001 seconds, here we see it in action....
