SPLASH provides a swim instruction program that is held inside my home year-round. I have over 30 years of experience teaching children and adults how to enjoy the water safely. My background as a preschool educator has provided me with the experience necessary to work well with young children and understand how mental and physical development affect how a child learns to swim. I have been certifi

ed with the American Red Cross as a WSI and a lifeguard since 1989 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis. THE POOL:
Everyone loves the pool at 88 degrees and the private setting is quiet without the distraction of other swimmers. Infant, toddlers, preschool children and beginners of all ages have fun learning the basics of swimming and aquatic safety in small groups that encourage learning to happen naturally. The pool is inviting with 3 levels of depth and an adjustable current for all abilities. The current provides new swimmers the chance to build strength as they become more confident while more advanced students will be able to swim in place to work on perfecting their strokes.

Our Story

SPLASH provides a swim instruction program that is held inside my home year-round. I have over 30 years of experience teaching children and adults how to enjoy the water safely. In addition to aquatic instruction I have a degree in early childhood education and worked as a preschool teacher for 10 years which has provided me with the experience necessary to work well with young children. My career in aquatic instruction began in 1988 as an assistant to swim instructors at a summer camp. After that summer I went full on into the American Red Cross certification process and spent many years teaching children to swim using my ECE degree and ARC certifications. Over the last 20 years I have developed a program of my own and have been here at the South Hampton location since 2005.
