The unfortunate reality of life, especially now with the new bail reform law, is that bad people will continue to do bad things.

Once the quarantine is over, Atlas Self Defense Seminars will be doing an hour long self defense class every Tuesday evening from 6pm-7pm IN ADDITION TO the seminar we normally hold at the end of every month.

Hello everyone,

We apologize for the cancellation of yesterday's seminar and any future ones. We are attempting to film some techniques and theories to show for self defense purposes that you can study and practice at home in the mean time.
