In order to have a strong athlete, extra work is needed to provide that first string player, field practices are not enough to succeed in any particular sport, a strong percentage depends on how physically fit and strong the athlete is. You will be pushing your limit and creating stamina that you will be benefiting from. When completing a certain amount of classes you will see results in faster reflexes, mobility and endurance. In addition you will make explosive movements and gain stronger muscles within the body. I’ve seen athletes perform the impossible, heaving against every fiber of their being, a living war cry in the face of adversity. They overcome through sheer exertion of will, shattering the fallacy of the immovable object by becoming the unstoppable force. These athletes come from a thousand different places, unique only in their refusal to accept the world’s false constraints.
