We’re back at it! Last week’s run was canceled due to the rain, but this Thursday is looking like perfect running weather. Let’s lace up, show up, and keep building momentum together. Here’s everything you need to know:

Weekly Tip: Building Endurance
Want to go farther without burning out? Try this:
- Start slow, especially your first 5–10 minutes
- Use the “talk test” You should be able to speak in full sentences
- Try run/walk intervals or simply add 5 extra minutes each week
- Small steps = big gains over time. Your future self will thank you! (The fancy word for small steps in running is Cadence but we will save that term for next weeks term)
Term of the Week: Negative Split
A negative split means finishing your run faster than you started. It’s a pro pacing strategy that helps you finish strong and avoid early burnout.
