As we head into the week, we reflect back on this weekend. Our 2022 Chicago Expo was a huge success! With 982 competitors and over 1500 spectators, this event was filled with energy and excitement.

We had four photographers capturing competitors and event highlights. We will be giving you a few sneak peeks throughout the week, as our photographers sort through over a thousand pictures! Thank you for your patience!!

Together, we can make a difference!!

The Taekwondo Way of Life is to live with love, compassion, and a heart ready to serve others. We are joining together to raise monetary funds that can be sent overseas to those fleeing dangerous situations.

This Saturday, April 9th, we are hosting a Board Break-A-Thon at our St. Charles dojang. All proceeds from this event will go directly to an international humanitarian organization working to supply basic needs to refugees.

Be sure to register today at the Cho Newsstand to ensure we have enough boards...and delicious Korean food!
