Goal: Build strong overhead positioning, stable lunge mechanics, and efficient sprint
technique.
Focus: Develop shoulder stability and control overhead. Improve balance and alignment in lunges. Learn sprint mechanics (posture, stride, arm drive). Build aerobic base.
What to Expect:
Controlled aerobic conditioning, movement quality, and technical development through mixed and moderate time domains. Expect controlled pacing, and repeat exposure to movement patterns that reinforce overhead positioning, lunging stability, and sprint mechanics under manageable fatigue.
Pipeline, Tokyo Disco, and Piston emphasize steady pacing, muscular endurance, and continuous movement flow, helping members develop aerobic efficiency and recovery capacity. Athletica (20/10) introduces shorter high-tempo efforts to improve sprint mechanics and repeatability, while Zeus and Riddler challenge total-body stability, coordination, and control through varied movement patterns and functional strength combinations. Miami Nights reinforces pacing awareness and movement consistency under moderate fatigue.
Together, these sessions establish the foundation for stronger overhead positioning, improved unilateral stability, smoother sprint mechanics, and the ability to maintain
quality movement as intensity progresses throughout the Series.
