Hockey demands speed, power, balance, endurance, and resilience. A great way to accelerate development of those qualities is through proper strength and conditioning training.

Strength training for youth athletes isn’t about lifting the heaviest weights. Its about learning movement, developing body control, and becoming a stronger, more durable athlete.

Join us for our annual β€œMother Crusher” class this Sunday, May 10th to celebrate strong moms everywhere! Workout will run in our 9AM CrossFit classes at both locations.

Bring a fellow mom (or two!) and kick off your day with a workout. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or brand new to fitness, we’ve got beginner-friendly modifications to make sure everyone feels welcome and strong.
