Join us for our 5 Year Anniversary Celebration THIS Sunday, September 13th at 10:00am at the Shores Pavilion at McElroy Park, Daytona Beach Shores! We will have Pickle Ball and Basketball as well as Yoga, Workout, Run, or Walk followed by a Faith Message. Kids will have their own workout and babies/toddlers will have their own space with paid staff. Also, make sure you get your Anniversary T-shirt. You can sign up at the gym.

This Spring/Early Summer 2027, Move Daytona is teaming up with Get Strong Ministries and Mayhem Faith for our FIRST SHORT-TERM MISSIONS TRIP TO COSTA RICA!

And this isn't just a trip.

Our vision is to help launch a faith-based CrossFit gym in Costa Rica—a place where people can become:

A gym that becomes a place of community, discipleship, health, fitness and hope.

❤️ MOVE DAYTONA — LET’S TAKE CARE OF HOLLY & LEO ❤️
One of our own needs us right now.

Holly is a nurse who was doing a home visit when she was brutally attacked by a dog. She fought for nearly 10 minutes before finally managing to climb onto the hood of a nearby car to escape.

She suffered broken bones in her foot and has a whole lot of stitches and wounds on her arms and legs. It has been a terrifying and incredibly painful experience.

But Holly is a fighter. 💪❤️

And the good news is… SHE’S HOME.
For the next couple of weeks, we want to take one thing off Holly and Leo’s plate: MEALS.

We want them to be able to focus on what matters most right now — Holly getting stronger, healing, and recovering — without having to worry about grocery shopping, cooking, or figuring out dinner every night.

THIS IS WHERE MOVE DAYTONA SHOWS UP. ❤️

If Move Daytona has taught us anything, it’s that we don't do life alone. When one of us gets knocked down, we rally around them.
