Today’s healthy doesn’t have to suck assortment of food. Each morning I drink a shake(veggies, seeds, fruit, almond milk). Lunch is veggies most, with some spicy hummus and fruit. After school snack is an energy ball that was in a previous post, and dinner was last night’s leftovers.

Today is my Day one AGAIN, but that’s ok! You may see me fall, you may see me struggle, but you won’t ever see me quit! I started 9 week Control Freak for what seems like the 5th time. You will also see me be transparent and honest. There are 9 weeks until I turn 41, and I’m here to prove I can do this. Stay tuned for my healthy doesn’t have to suck food later on today.
