ALL SET Fitness, LLC Hi, I'm Christian Burch, proud owner of ALL SET Fitness in WV. Army Veteran, retired law enforcement whose passion is helping others with their fitness goals!

I offer both in-person and virtual classes/sessions. I've been a certified fitness trainer since 1999 with certifications from: National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), NASM Nutrition Coach, Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research, National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT), Academy of Sports & Fitness Training (ASFT), SilverSneakers coach, and I hold a BS in Exercise Science, Fitness,

and Nutrition Management. I have helped clients of all ages and fitness levels develop sustainable lifestyle changes. I would love the opportunity to do the same for you!

"Boot Solidarity! 👟🩼💪"
When our amazing exercise instructor showed up in a boot after a recent foot surgery, residents showed up with their mixed matched tennis shoes to stand (literally!) in support. It might've looked funny, but the message was clear: we’ve got your back, boot and all! 💙 Here's to healing fast and keeping the energy alive here at Edgewood Summit no matter what!

"No bones about it"...literally these sardines have no bones or skin. So, if you've had reservations about eating sardines, consider these but more importantly, the quick and easy protein grab loaded with omega-3s. Hot sauces makes them all the better in my personal opinion!
