Hey... I heard you needed motivation. 😌 Would you believe me if I told you I was a Transformer? I've done it 4x now

It's September. Kids are back in school, and I love using this season as a full reset for myself too. 5:30 AM wake up, before anybody else is stirring in this house, no snoozin. 4-5 meals a day, structured for protein and fiber, eating to fuel not to punish, supplements and training 4 to 5 times a week in my basement gym, strength and sprints and Pilates and recovery, all built around a body in perimenopause, not the body I had at 25. Approaching 43 in 12 weeks, I didn't lose the weight because life got easier. I lost it while raising four kids and life stayed exactly this hard.  with perimenopause. PTSD. Fibroids. Low iron. Osteoarthritis in my right knee. Chronic lower back pain. Migraines. Plantar fasciitis is just a Wednesday for me at this point. Whew. Because one thing I know how to do without question is lock in. Pull myself up. I'm a mom of 4 doing this because I'm situating my situation, and I feel super effing strong.

If you needed a sign, this is it. The dial-in has officially begun. ⚙️🔥

Vacation mode. Still locked in. 💪🏾 Dragged Oli to the gym and he actually showed OUT today 2 mile Walk by the beach and around the resort to warm up energy was there, man was LOCKED in.
But let's be clear. 👀
This same man will come home from vacation and not see the inside of a gym for two weeks. 😄
Consistent on the road. Ghost when we land.
Shouldn't it be the reverse babe 😂

Walking is POWERFUL. 🚶🏾‍♀️
On the days my body won't let me do more, pain, fatigue, or just life is too much I try to get a little walk on. And I count a a win. At 42, with a changing body and a full life, I had to stop measuring my workouts by how hard I went and start measuring them by how consistently I showed up. A 20-minute walk IS movement that matters.
A slow stroll with your kids IS active recovery.
i had to stop discounting what your body IS doing 🚶🏾‍♀️💪🏾

Drop a 🙋🏾‍♀️ if you've had to change up your routine as you've gotten older let's talk about it. Day 50 ✅️

This is why I can't keep a hairstyle long. 😭My head sweat is insane. And this was from leg day workout today. Sometimes the fastest post-workout move? Wash and drag on the wig and GO. 🤪
No shame in the game.

Day 45💪🏾
