Race recap for Feed Halifax Race Night at South Boston Speedway. Went out Friday to practice, track was pretty slow and had zero grip. We fought setup issues but got close enough. Saturday rolls around and in first practice the car was a little too free.
Made an adjustment for qualifying qualified P2 on a tighter setup. Inverted to Pole due to handicapping rules. Green flag drops and we’re gone. I mean GONE. Clear by 10 is an amazing thing to hear.
Well around lap 12/13 the car started to become a snow plow and we’re just pushing BAD. I held off the 83 as long as I could but in reality I’ve watched the videos I’ve heard the voices and I’ve seen the messages. I held my line and ran my race. I led 98% of that race. I missed the setup by 7 laps but still brought us home a P3 finish. Our time is coming SOON.

( #33) and ( #24) pulling away from the wreck at the end of the Hornets 2nd 15 lap race(2 May 2026). Pretty wild night for all the divisions. I think I counted at least a million cautions for the afternoon. 😆🏁😆🏁😆
