Abagail was a three-sport student-athlete during her high school career, competing in volleyball, softball, and basketball. She is now attending Virginia Tech, where she is continuing her education and beginning an exciting new chapter.

Congratulations to Carter Thomasson, recipient of the Jason Parker Family Legacy Scholarship!

Carter was a dedicated member of the baseball program throughout his high school career. He is now attending Ferrum College, where he is continuing his baseball career at the collegiate level.

Make plans to join us on Saturday, September 26 as we welcome Woody Bane, Jimmy Clay, Kenneth Day, Nick Long, and Melanie Saunders into the Halifax County-South Boston Sports Hall of Fame.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m., followed by a Meet & Greet from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. and the Induction Ceremony at 7:00 p.m.
