Hey everyone!!!!

Been quite a while! Hope everyone is well!!!

On that note, let’s take a quick minute to discuss something. For the last year or so I’ve been quite inspired to worry about my health. And the progress I’ve seen has been tremendous. Along my journey i have come to be part of a great company called 1st Phorm. Greta products, great people, and we all have the same thing in common. We love to help people!

What’s mindfulness? Something I tend to notice when people watching is how β€œnot in the moment” people can be, myself included. From observing difficult situations to the happiest of experiences, we aren’t fully there.

One thing I try and do each day:

To π•±π–Šπ–Šπ–‘.

To acknowledge the moment.

To embrace the emotions attached to that moment.

To π•±π–Šπ–Šπ–‘ the emotion with my whole heart.

To accept that in this moment, the present situation, I am here.

I’m not there five minutes ago, I was, but now I am not.

I’m not five minutes from now, I will be, but I’m not there in this moment.

Remember, mindfulness is never about being happy, but being present. Through good and bad, the highs and lows, the happy and the sad, through all emotion, take notice, embrace all these feelings in this moment, without judgement.

Do not hide them, do not make it more than what it is.

π•±π–Šπ–Šπ–‘ your emotions, feel it. Feel it hard. Remember it’s perfectly fine to feel. But then let it go, for after that moment it no longer serves you.

Good afternoon to all my loves here, sorry it’s been pretty crazy!!! But today’s post is to ask you all of there would be any interest in a group guided meditation, lead by me. I am thinking that we could all use a little more mindfulness to get through the boredom we have all been facing...
