And just like that… the 2026 pool season is officially in the books! 💦🏊‍♀️

We couldn’t let the season come to a close without saying a HUGE THANK YOU to all of our patrons for making 2026 such a fantastic summer at The Twyck! 💙

We had a wonderful afternoon celebrating together at our Member Appreciation BBQ & Picnic. It was the perfect way to wrap up the season and celebrate the incredible community that makes our pool so special. 🍔🌭☀️

A very special thank you to Manager Jessi for all of her hard work, dedication, and professionalism throughout the season. Your leadership and commitment helped make this summer a success, and we truly appreciate everything you do! 👏💙

And thank you to Assistant Manager Stella for all of your hard work and for being such an important part of our pool team! We’re grateful for everything you contributed to the season. 💙

And finally, thank you to YOU — our Twyck patrons! From early morning swims and water aerobics to family afternoons, Teen Nights, special events, and all the everyday moments in between, you made The Twyck a fun, vibrant, and memorable place to be this summer. 🌞💦

We’re so grateful for the laughter, friendships, memories, and community that filled the pool all season long.

🌟 Friyay: Getting to Know Our Guards! 🌟

🥰 It’s our final Friyay feature of the 2026 pool season, and we’re wrapping things up with one of our first-year guards — Leonidas!

😎 Leonidas joined the Twyck guard crew this summer, and we’ve loved having him on deck! As a first-year guard, he’s been learning the ropes, keeping an eye on our swimmers, and becoming an important part of our pool community.

👏 Help us give Leonidas a big Twyck welcome and thank him for helping make our pool a fun, safe, and welcoming place all summer long!

💙🛟 And while we’re saying goodbye to our Friyay features, we want to give a HUGE thank you to ALL of our 2026 guards! From early mornings to busy afternoons, swim lessons to closing shifts, you’ve worked hard to make this pool season a great one. We appreciate every one of you!

As we head into Labor Day weekend and the final days of the 2026 pool season, here are a couple of important updates from the Prez!

🏈 Friday, September 4: The pool will be closed Friday evening due to local high school Friday Night Football and limited staff availability. We know there’s plenty happening in the community that night, so we hope you’ll enjoy cheering on your favorite local team! 🏈

🍔 Member Appreciation BBQ & Potluck — Monday, September 7 | 12–1 PM

Let's celebrate an amazing pool season together! The Board will provide the hamburgers and hot dogs, and we invite our members to bring a side dish to share. 🌭🥗
