PLAY with HONOR is intended to be a constant reminder that we are thankful to those that provided the things we have today. We want those who fought for us to feel appreciated every time they see us wearing “Play with Honor” apparel. Can we ever say thank you enough to our soldiers, our parents and grandparents, our teachers and anyone else who has “fought” to give us the lives we have?

A changing of the guard.

As Coach Josh steps away after years of dedication to our program, we want to thank him for everything he’s poured into Firecrackers. From countless practices and weekends on the road to helping players grow on and off the field, his impact will be felt for years to come.

Now, we’re excited to welcome Coach Lexis.

Lexis earned All Conference honors during her playing career and had the opportunity to play at the collegiate level. Having gone through the recruiting process herself, she understands what it takes to compete and get noticed.

She was a commanding leader, an all out competitor, and the type of player whose jersey was never clean after a game or even a practice. Her energy, effort, and passion for the game are exactly what we want our players to see every day.

Most importantly, Lexis is excited to give back to the game that gave her so much.

Top 16 at the 2026 Premier Girls Fastpitch 16U Regional Championship.

A great weekend against some very good competition, and a lot to be proud of.

Liv, Catie, and Aria each hit over .500 at the plate. Our pitching staff answered the call, throwing 5 complete games in 7 games played. Defensively, we turned multiple double plays, caught runners stealing, and made the routine plays look routine.

Offensively, we found ways to score by putting pressure on defenses, taking the extra base, and manufacturing runs when we needed them most.

A Top 16 finish doesn’t happen by accident. It takes buy-in, toughness, and a team-first mentality. Proud of the way these girls competed all weekend and represented our program.

Two prospect camps in two weeks for Alyssa. She continues to put in the work, compete, and create opportunities to be seen by college coaches.

This weekend, she wrapped up the Dobbins Prospect Camp hosted by Johnson University. Thank you to Head Coach Dayna Carter, Assistant Coach Hannah Devault, Graduate Assistant Brody Blalock, and the entire staff for the opportunity.

Getting recruited takes commitment, consistency, and a willingness to keep showing up. Alyssa is doing exactly that. Keep working! 🔥🥎

We’re looking to add a couple pitchers (POs or pitchers with strong secondary positions).

Last spring, one of our pitchers earned an opportunity to compete at the next level. We’re proud to have helped her reach that goal, and we’re looking to add another arm to strengthen an already competitive staff.

Our goal is to build a pitching staff that allows everyone to compete, develop, and keep each other fresh throughout a demanding Showcase / PGF / A level schedule.

What you’ll find:
