2. Written Test & Kata – will be Wednesday & Thursday Show what you’ve learned
3. New Belt Training – Quick session for newly promoted students

🎌🥋Morote Seoi Nage 🎌🥋– two-hand shoulder throw. One of the cleanest ippons in judo when your timing is right.

Our Drills:
1. Band Uchikomi: Belt around uke’s waist, practice turn-in + lift. 20 reps. Teaches hip contact.
2. Kneeling Seoi: Both on knees. Forces you to use rotation, not strength. Great for kids.
3. Nage-komi with crash pad: Full throw, but focus on floating them over, not dumping.
